Construction has been floating state exists in the environment, through external processing and surface transportation can reduce construction damage to the environment, due to the difference of depth of water between rising water phase and dry season, floating buildings can adapt to the change of water level. When the function of the building is end, building can also be easily removed, won¡¯t leave any traces.
